The Great Ocean Road
and the Great Barrier Reef.
Ages 18 and up
A country that spans an entire continent and shares no borders with any other nation. Where life runs in reverse: winter arrives in the summer, and New Year’s is celebrated in the heat. Where wild nature begins just beyond the next intersection and coexists peacefully with large cities. Where there are no predators, but amazing marsupials abound—koalas, kangaroos, platypuses, and echidnas—which you won’t find anywhere else on the planet.

Where the opera house ranks among the ten most beautiful buildings of the 20th century, and 3 million people watch the world’s largest New Year’s fireworks display. Where the Great Barrier Reef—the largest living organism on Earth—is visible even from space. Where today you can stay in a luxury lodge in the middle of the most ancient jungle, and tomorrow watch penguins and seals swimming here from Antarctica.

We invite you to the Earth’s oldest continent to show it to you the way we know how and love to—with the highest level of comfort, first-class service, the finest restaurants, and the most incredible activities.

Daily Schedule
January 2–10, 2027 (8 nights/9 days)
Day 1.
Welcome to the city of your dreams—Sydney!
We’ll meet you in Australia’s largest city—Sydney. We’ll be staying for two nights at a luxurious 5-star hotel with a rooftop pool.

Whether you’re relaxing or exploring the city for the first time, we suggest taking a stroll along the famous Bondi Beach, which boasts both stunning ocean views and rows of trendy bars and restaurants. Stock up on energy—you’ve got a whole new life in Australia ahead of you, full of exciting adventures!
This evening, we’ll enjoy a welcome dinner at an elegant restaurant with a stunning view of the harbor. Here, we’ll savor haute cuisine that, believe me, will be just as impressive as the view. The chef works closely with farmers and fishermen to source ingredients, many of which are harvested and grown specifically for him. A wine list as long as your arm complements the evening’s culinary experience.
Day 2.
Around Sydney in 24 hours.
Good morning, most beautiful city in the world!

Let’s set out to explore Sydney with a professional guide. We’ll stroll through the cobblestone streets of The Rocks, see the city’s most iconic landmarks—the Sydney Opera House, the arched Harbour Bridge, and many other interesting spots. We’ll be amazed by the incredible harmony between nature and this futuristic metropolis.

Sydney is a paradise for foodies and connoisseurs of the finer things in life. To convince you, we’ve picked out two—and what a pair they are!—restaurants.
We’ll have lunch at the best seafood restaurant, which has long held a top spot in Sydney’s ever-changing culinary scene. This experience will change your perception of fish and seafood: premium varieties of fresh, sustainably sourced fish from the shores of Australia—Maori blue cod, swordfish aged dry just like beef, waiting for the moment when it becomes even more flavorful... Paired with wine, if you’d like.

For dinner, we’re heading to a trendy Australian restaurant to enjoy dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven, but the real highlight here is the mind-blowing appetizers, for which it has won numerous awards.
Day 3.
The Daintree Rainforest.
In the morning, we’ll fly to the heart of a 180-million-year-old rainforest to go snorkeling on the Great Barrier Reef and take walks among the “dinosaur-like” endemic trees. Just imagine—it’s twice as old as the Amazon rainforest! It’s no wonder David Attenborough called the Daintree Forest “the most amazing place on Earth,” because it contains an almost complete record of the evolution of life on the planet.

For two nights, we’ll find ourselves inside the movie *Jurassic Park*, except the towering walls of trees all around us aren’t just props. Our home will be a riverside lodge in a truly luxurious setting, with premium service—no compromises just because you’re far from civilization. This is home to cassowaries, tree kangaroos, and many other unique animals.
You can unwind in the luxurious spa, where every treatment is a personal journey for the body, mind, and soul. Enjoy lunch and dinner at the restaurant, where the focus is on organic Australian produce, freshly harvested from the lodge’s own garden. Tropical fruits, local coffee and chocolate, freshly caught seafood, farm-raised beef, vegetables, and an excellent wine list.

It will be a day of relaxation and enjoyment for all the senses!
Day 4.
The Great Barrier Reef.
For those interested, the day will begin with a helicopter tour over the rainforest and the Great Barrier Reef (optional).

And then we’ll set sail together on a private catamaran through the Coral Sea—the best place on Earth for snorkeling and diving. This day in paradise will last all day long and drain every last bit of power from your video camera.

The Great Barrier Reef is one of the world’s most famous natural wonders and the largest coral reef system, visible even from space. Here, corals of bizarre shapes form incredible underwater gardens teeming with a kaleidoscope of tropical fish, giant mollusks, and turtles.
Anyone who has seen this splendor with their own eyes even once will admit that no photo can do justice to the beauty of this place!

The itinerary includes: an exquisite lunch served right on board—featuring the freshest seafood, fruit, and afternoon tea; a visit to two protected reefs, perfect for snorkeling alongside sea turtles among massive corals of fantastic shapes and colors; and… pure ocean bliss!
Day 5.
Wine chateau.
Today we’re flying to Melbourne, and from there we’ll head straight to one of Australia’s best wineries.

Australia is one of the world’s leading wine-producing countries. It exports about 750 million liters of wine every year. That’s one billion bottles and roughly five billion glasses. The world loves Australian wine. We’re no exception!

We will spend the night at a historic Victorian estate, where luxurious suites have been reserved for you, each featuring a large white marble bathroom and a spacious balcony. The winery’s grounds cover nearly 5 km of riverbanks and water bodies, where 20,000 trees and shrubs have been planted, becoming part of the local flora.
Let’s enjoy an exquisite lunch prepared by a chef who has worked at establishments in England and France—including a three-Michelin-starred restaurant—while taking in the stunning views of the Yarra Valley from the terrace. For many years, the chateau restaurant has focused on regional ingredients—featuring Australian truffles and marbled meat paired with premium local wines. Only the best for connoisseurs and gourmets.
Day 6.
Melbourne is Australia's cultural capital.
Many of you will want to start the morning with a glass of sparkling wine and a hot-air balloon ride over the Yarra Valley (optional). We certainly won’t stand in your way! A serene sunrise flight over the hills and vineyards is sure to become one of your most cherished memories.

After breakfast, we’ll return to Melbourne to discover why it has been named the “world’s most livable city” for many years in a row and explore it with a professional guide. This is a city where form, height, and freedom come together as one. It’s the Yarra River promenade and skyscrapers. It’s 19th-century Victorian architecture and Art Deco interiors. It’s historic mansions, modern parks, and the beaches of Port Phillip Bay. It’s eucalyptus trees and cockatoos as the city’s signature trees and birds.

It offers authentic cuisine from around the world and historic pubs. It features open-air galleries where new street art appears every week, and the largest mural in the Southern Hemisphere, standing 20 stories tall. A city of museums and theaters, it fully lives up to its status as Australia’s cultural capital.
People came here less than two hundred years ago to build what they couldn’t find in Europe—and they built one of the most comfortable and beautiful cities in the world. It is the southernmost metropolis on the planet, and it has the power to completely change your perception of cities.

We’ll have lunch at an elegant Melbourne restaurant with a century of history and end the day with a fantastic sunset on one of the country’s most beautiful beaches—a mecca for surfers from around the world, the very spot where the movie *Point Break* was filmed. The color of the ocean, the smiling faces of people who’ve just caught a wave, the feeling of a certain power and freedom emanating from the water—all of this overwhelms you with a powerful sense of awe.

We’ll be staying for two nights at a 5-star hotel that has consistently ranked among Australia’s best hotels for many years—the perfect place to explore the Victorian coast.
Day 7.
The Great Ocean Road.
Today is going to be a real treat for your eyes! We’ll be driving along the iconic Great Ocean Road, one of the most scenic routes on Earth, with must-see stops at some incredible locations.

We’re in for 480 km of breathtaking views and endless “wows.” Waterfalls, lighthouses, fern forests where kangaroos bound out and echidnas stride majestically, cockatoos and koalas in the eucalyptus trees—and views, views, views! The finale is the famous Twelve Apostles—a group of limestone cliffs rising from the ocean, the result of millions of years of erosion and a major attraction for travelers from all over the world. Delightful, magical, powerful, and awe-inspiring!
For lunch—the most delicious lobster you’ve ever tasted, and a chance to try shark.

In the evening, we’ll return to your favorite 5-star hotel to enjoy a barbecue dinner and unwind after the incredible experiences of the day: the finest cuts of Australian lamb and premium Wagyu—currently the most expensive meat on the global market.
Day 8.
Phillip Island. Koalas, kangaroos, and a penguin parade.
A day of up-close encounters with unique animals you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

When was the last time you hugged a muscular kangaroo or watched a joey nimbly hop into its mother’s pouch…? How endearing it is to see koalas hanging from the trees like fruit in a eucalyptus grove. How the echidna waddles along, swaying from side to side, going about its business. And then there are wombats, emus, wallabies, dingoes, and the Tasmanian devil... The entire animal world of Australia, created to amaze you!
Every evening, right after sunset, 365 days a year, in any weather, for hundreds—perhaps thousands—of years, the world’s smallest Blue Penguins have emerged from the ocean like 33 heroes, marching across the beach toward the sand dunes where their cozy burrows are located. We have reserved VIP seats for you at this incredible wildlife spectacle.

We’ll return to Melbourne late in the evening and spend the night at one of the city’s most unique 5-star hotels. We’re sure you’ll appreciate our little treat.
Day 9.
Melbourne. Time to say goodbye.
If your flight leaves in the afternoon, we can suggest another interesting natural spot—the Pink Lake—or you can spend a couple of hours at the National Gallery of Victoria or head up to the observation deck of the tallest skyscraper for the best views of the city.
Our sunny New Year’s vacation has come to an end. We’re deciding on which continent our next reunion will take place, heading home with memory cards full of photos, suitcases full of souvenirs, but most importantly—a new version of ourselves.
Day 10.
Special Event – December 31. New Year's Eve in Sydney.
We’ll be waiting for those who’ve chosen to ring in 2025 with us at Sydney Airport. With champagne and smiles, of course! And we’ll take you to a 5-star hotel in the city center. If you need a stylist and makeup artist, just give us a nod, and they’ll come to your room to get you ready for the biggest party of the year.

There is perhaps no better city to ring in the New Year than Sydney. Every year on this night, more than 1.5 million people gather in Sydney to admire the world’s most beautiful New Year’s fireworks display and a one-of-a-kind light show. Over 80,000 New Year’s fireworks burst across the bridge and the city. According to the organizers, the fireworks display costs $7 million and uses 8,000 tons of pyrotechnics.
Now you too have the chance to be part of one of the most spectacular shows in the world and make this coming year truly special. We’ve already reserved a table at a magnificent restaurant with the best view of the fireworks. Tonight, we’ll be served four exquisite courses prepared by one of Australia’s top chefs, accompanied by fireworks and the finest wines.

You'll remember this celebration for the rest of your life!
Day 11.
Special program – January 1. Beach parties.
January 1st in Australia is a day for beach parties, carnivals, and delicious picnics by the ocean. So we’ll get a good night’s sleep, grab our swimsuits, and head to the beach to swim in the ocean or in a stunning infinity pool filled with seawater.

New Year's Eve in Sydney is the perfect opportunity to celebrate under the warm rays of the sun on a beautiful oceanfront: instead of snow, there's sand on the beach; instead of a Christmas tree, there are palm trees decorated with ornaments; surfing replaces snowboarding, and kangaroos take the place of reindeer.
The Australian version of Santa Claus is a tanned surfer in red swim trunks who doesn’t emerge from snow-covered forests but rides in on a surfboard from the ocean. The only familiar features are his red cap and cotton-wool beard.

Let's end the day at Sydney's best bar, which ranks among the world's top 50 bars.
Day 12.
Optional excursion – January 2. The Blue Mountains.
We invite you to enjoy a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of Sydney into the wilderness of this UNESCO World Heritage-listed region.

The Blue Mountains is one of Australia’s most beautiful national parks, where we’ll spend the whole day. The air here is remarkably clean and clear, and everything you see is tinged with a soft blue hue. This effect is caused by the oils released by the giant eucalyptus trees.

Let’s get a closer look at the legendary sandstone formation known as the Three Sisters, take a stroll along picturesque trails to one of the breathtaking waterfalls, take a cable car ride over the gorge, and return via the world’s steepest railway, listed in the Guinness Book of World Records. Its gradient is 52°!
We’ll also visit a wildlife park, where kangaroos will happily eat right out of your hands, and we’ll see an echidna, a wallaby, a Tasmanian devil, a dingo, a cassowary, an emu, and many other animals native to Australia.

Let's head back to the city for a get-together dinner at a restaurant overlooking the harbor.
