New Zealand is every traveler’s dream. Beyond that lie only other planets and worlds. A paradise on Earth: snow-capped mountains and tropical forests, giant trees and beaches with black volcanic sand, fjords and glaciers, geysers and colorful acid pools, active and extinct volcanoes, oceans and seas where whales and dolphins swim, crystal-clear air and water in glacial lakes, wine and sunsets. Scenes straight out of the pages of National Geographic are worth traveling to the other side of the world just once.

Here, endemic birds have lost their wings over the course of evolution and have forgotten how to fly. Here, you can go windsurfing and snowboarding on the same day. Here, there are 6 sheep for every resident. Here, unique films were shot that required something you won’t find anywhere else on Earth. Here, they serve cuisine from all over the world, and the wines will satisfy even the most discerning gourmet. Here, the rhythm is completely different, the pace of life is entirely different.

New Zealand is a vast world of adventure that will stay with you forever, even after you’ve left. We invite you to come along and see for yourself!

Daily Schedule
December 18–27, 2026 (9 nights/10 days)
Day 1.
Kia ora! Welcome to Auckland!
It’s simply incredible how all the most interesting, beautiful, and delicious things coexist in one place on Earth: breathtaking landscapes, excellent beaches, unforgettable walking trails, secluded islands, volcanoes, skyscrapers, restaurants, theaters, cinemas, trendy shops, bars, and nightclubs! And all this splendor set against the backdrop of the ocean, surrounded by a vast number of snow-white yachts. Welcome to Auckland—the City of Sails!

We’ll meet you at the airport and take you to the city’s best 5-star hotel, where we’ll spend the next two nights. Relax or take your first steps around Auckland. For example, you can visit the observation deck of one of the tallest buildings in the Southern Hemisphere—the Sky Tower—and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city from a height of 328 meters.
And those with nerves of steel can walk along the edge and even jump off the 53rd floor, after securing their legs with a safety harness. The jump promises 11 seconds of freefall at a speed of 85 km/h.

This evening, we invite you to a traditional welcome dinner at the exquisite restaurant of New Zealand’s top chef, a Michelin-starred chef. But today, the portions are far from Michelin-sized—think crudo made from kingfish, lamb braised for 12 hours, duck, or the signature salmon served with a particularly elaborate ritual—it will be wheeled to your table on a cart. Be sure to pair it with a glass of New Zealand’s world-famous Sauvignon Blanc.
Day 2.
Around Auckland in 24 Hours. A beach with olushas.
After a delicious breakfast, we'll set out to explore the city
with a professional guide.

Auckland is situated on 48 extinct volcanoes between the Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Only a few cities in the world boast such a unique geographical location.

We’ll start our tour of the city at Auckland’s oldest park, which preserves the city’s history and is teeming with exotic plants. Let’s take a walk down Auckland’s very first street, built by Europeans nearly two centuries ago. Let’s explore the colonial architecture and lifestyle of the elite in the second half of the 19th century. We’ll stand atop Auckland’s highest volcano—Mount Eden—with a beautiful view of two bays and a stunning panorama of the city.
Enjoy cuisine inspired by the coast while watching the world go by and dolphins swimming past: the freshest oysters, a generous serving of fish caught that morning, or a juicy steak—the choice is yours!

This afternoon, we invite you to enjoy a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city to a stunning beach with black volcanic sand. We fill our lungs with the air of the Tasman Sea and marvel at the impressive colony of unique birds—the Australian cormorants.

Let’s end the day at a New Zealand restaurant with a distinctive philosophy. Creativity, atmosphere, and fresh ingredients—these are the three pillars on which our evening will be built. We won’t give everything away, but we will say this: you simply can’t leave New Zealand without visiting this restaurant.
Day 3.
Visiting the Hobbits. Firefly Caves. A walk among the redwood trees.
The morning will be a complete and immersive journey into a fairy tale. The hobbit village built for the movie actually exists. We’re heading straight to the scenes from *The Lord of the Rings*!

As he flew over North Island in a helicopter, Peter Jackson realized he had found Middle-earth. Soon, the emerald Shire—the greenest land in the kingdom—emerged on the site of a sheep farm. Everything here feels so real—you can’t shake the feeling that the owners have just stepped out for a moment.

We’ll stroll along winding paths, taking in the 44 hobbit holes, orchards, the arched bridge, and the mill, and we’ll definitely enjoy a mug of ginger ale at the Green Dragon Inn, just like Frodo Baggins once did. Charge your camera batteries and bring spares—in Hobbiton, you’ll want to take a photo in front of every colorful door, clay pot, and bright, sunny pumpkin.

We’ll have lunch at a restaurant renowned for its steaks and perfectly cooked lamb. Then we’ll take a boat through the cave’s labyrinthine passages to show you something truly unique! A starry sky of fireflies—a species native to New Zealand.
Imagine a boat gliding along in complete silence... And you find yourself in a magical place: an underground river, a ringing silence, the gentle sway of the boat, and thousands of fireflies twinkling overhead. Their glow on the cave’s vaulted ceiling makes it look like a starry sky—a real cosmos, with constellations and the Milky Way. You’ll never forget it! We’ll also admire the whimsical formations of ancient stalactites and stalagmites.

Rotorua will welcome us with its lush Governor’s Gardens, hot springs scattered throughout the city, a breathtaking view of the sacred Mokoia Island, and a steaming lake. We’ll stay for two nights at Rotorua’s finest hotel, renowned for its first-class spa.

We have one more activity planned for the evening—a walk
across suspension bridges high in the treetops of giant redwoods. Designer lanterns
and fairy lights, an air of mystery, and ancient trees—the perfect way to end this eventful day.
Day 4.
A Geothermal Wonderland. The Valley of Geysers. A Maori Village.
This geothermal wonderland is a feast for the eyes with its vibrant colors
and alien landscapes. The main “highlights” here are, of course, “The Artist’s Palette” and “The Champagne Pool”—an ancient volcanic crater,
from which hot water constantly flows, accompanied by an endless cascade of carbon dioxide bubbles, and the poison-green “Devil’s Bath.”

The icing on the cake will be New Zealand’s most powerful geyser, which shoots a column of water up to 20 meters high!

But that’s not all. Later this afternoon, we’ll visit the youngest geothermal zone on the planet. Here, you can almost feel everything around you breathing. It gives you a glimpse of the processes that took place as the Earth was forming.
We’ll stroll along hot geothermal streams and a lake that’s only 140 years old, where black swans swim, and we’ll get up close to the “boiling pan” and the bright blue acid lake, which has a temperature of 80 degrees.

This evening, we’ll explore the unique culture of New Zealand’s indigenous people—the Māori. These giants, standing nearly two meters tall, harness the earth’s energy for their daily needs—heating their homes and preparing delicious, nutritious meals. We’ll visit a village and watch a show featuring the traditional “haka” dance. The evening will conclude with a dinner of the traditional dish—hangi.
Day 5.
White Island, a volcanic island. Christchurch.
For those interested, the day will begin with a helicopter ride to White Island (optional)—a unique opportunity to visit New Zealand’s only active underwater volcano and walk along the crater rim!

The entire island is an active volcano, and most of it is located
underwater, with only the vent—2 km in diameter—emerging above the surface.
According to expert estimates, it is between 150,000 and 200,000 years old.
Here you can feel the Earth’s breath, the “surge of life” coursing through its “veins,” the beating of its heart. From a helicopter, you can often see whales swimming toward the hot volcanic island.

Landing in the crater of the most active volcano—what could be more exciting!

The island is shrouded in sulfur fumes, so you’ll need to wear respirators and hard hats to make your stay there more comfortable. The entire crater is bubbling and boiling. Colossal fumaroles shooting out scalding steam, a huge acid lake, fields of crystallized sulfur, bubbling pits of molten rock, and multicolored crater walls.
There aren't many places quite like this, but the movie *Stalker* often comes to mind. Have I convinced you that you should go there? (The tour is optional)
and is charged separately).

After lunch, we return to Auckland and fly to the South Island—to Christchurch—New Zealand’s “most English city.” It is the gateway to the beautiful Canterbury region, and the town itself is famous for its botanical gardens, parks along the Avon River, Victorian architecture, and hospitable locals.

We’ll spend the night at the city’s finest 5-star hotel, surrounded by luxury and understated English elegance. Don’t forget to head down to the hotel’s spacious library for five o’clock tea.
Day 6.
The glacial lakes Tekapo and Pukaki.
A day of breathtaking beauty amidst crystal-clear turquoise lakes! We’ll see the snow-capped mountain peaks reflected in the azure surface of Lake Tekapo, with the little Church of the Good Shepherd standing on the shore. You’ll want to stop every five minutes to take pictures of the surrounding scenery. It’s madness, not nature!

And just when you think things couldn’t get any better—you’ll see a sea of lupines blooming in December, right on time for our arrival, transforming ordinary fields into a “photographer’s dream.”
For lunch, enjoy local salmon with seasonal vegetables or tender, perfectly cooked marbled meat.

We’ll be staying for two nights at a unique hotel in the heart of the national park, at the foot of the Southern Alps. The views of the alpine meadows and glaciers cascading down the mountains are breathtakingly beautiful. Authentic cuisine, a glass of wine by the fireplace, and long conversations with like-minded people will make for a wonderful end to the evening.
Day 7.
Mount Cook National Park.
Today we will spend the day in Mount Cook National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Have you heard of Sir Edmund Hillary, the first person to climb Mount Everest? It was on Mount Cook that he trained before his historic ascent. We, as travelers with no mountaineering experience, will hike the famous and very photogenic 3-hour trail, which offers breathtaking views of the Tasman Glacier and a mountain lake at the end.
In the afternoon, those interested can enjoy a thrilling helicopter ride over the peaks of the Southern Alps, with a stop on New Zealand’s largest glacier—the Tasman (optional). For a few minutes, you’ll go from summer to winter and have a snowball fight with the pilot. Sounds like a great plan, doesn’t it?

By the way, if you’d like to spend an evening gazing at the Southern Hemisphere’s stunning starry sky with an experienced astronomer and see the Milky Way—just give us a nod, and we’ll make it happen.
Day 8.
Queenstown. Extreme activities (optional).
After a delicious breakfast, we head to the “adventure capital”—Queenstown. The town is situated on the shores of idyllic Lake Wakatipu, surrounded by beech forests and the stunning mountain scenery of the Southern Alps.

We’ll be staying for two nights at a luxurious 5-star hotel featuring a winter garden, its own wine cellar housing historic vintages, and even a movie theater. Though the views from the terrace of your private villa are better than any movie!

For lunch, we’re trying the huge, juicy burgers that have become famous all over the world.

We always set aside time for free swimming/falling/flying/hanging out (check the appropriate box). Queenstown has plenty to keep you entertained!

Choose the perfect activity from the “adventurer’s kit.” We’ll show you how to take a thrilling ride through the canyon on high-speed boats. Just the wild river, a jet boat, and you! Choose from a variety of free-fall options: bungee jumping from a bridge, bridge swing, or zip line.
For those who love air travel, we recommend paragliding over the city. No other activity you’ve tried before will prepare you for the adrenaline rush you’ll experience in Queenstown.

And for those who prefer a more relaxing vacation, you can take a stroll along the lake, visit our hotel’s luxurious spa, or head to the kiwi park to see New Zealand’s endemic kiwi bird—a species that, unfortunately, is now almost extinct in the wild.

For dinner, we serve seasonal, organic ingredients grown exclusively for the restaurant: exceptional lamb, fresh salmon, and Alpine venison
with a glass of fine wine.
Day 9.
Milford Sound. Private charter to the fjords. Wine tasting.
Today we’re in for an unforgettable trip to Fiordland National Park. Instead of a grueling 4-hour drive (and that’s just one way!), we’ve chartered a comfortable private plane. This will not only save us time but also let us see New Zealand’s fjords, Lake Quill, and Sutherland Falls from a bird’s-eye view—and gasp in awe!

Next, we’ll take a cruise on a luxury yacht through the mesmerizing bay
with thousands of waterfalls cascading down sheer cliffs that plunge into the water, amidst fjords carved out by glaciers. In rainy weather, the effect is even more striking
thanks to the appearance of new waterfalls, which is why the locals say you have to see this place at least twice in your life on a nice, sunny day
and rainy weather. Here, pods of dolphins swim in the water, sea lions and fur seals bask on the rocks, and the mountains—blue-green mountains—rise
from the dark water. A rainforest grows on the rocky cliffs, and the trees cling desperately to the bare rocks with their roots. Mosses and lichens cover every available space. It becomes clear why Rudyard Kipling
Milford Sound was once called the “eighth wonder of the world.”
Talking about the beauty of this place is like trying to describe a Hans Zimmer or Howard Shore melody in words. It’s pointless. You could take a thousand professional photos, but it wouldn’t compare to the feeling of a yacht gliding across crystal-clear, transparent water, surrounded by endless mountains, with penguins swimming nearby and leaping out of the water—penguins no one expected to see.

The same private plane will take us to a luxurious hotel in Queenstown by lunchtime.

This afternoon, we’ll celebrate the fulfillment of yet another dream at one of New Zealand’s top wineries and taste the best wines from the Otago region. Trust me, once you’ve tried New Zealand wines, you won’t want anything else for a long time.
Day 10.
Flight to Auckland. Or…
How I wish I could…

More wine, more sunshine, and more time together. And we really don’t want to say goodbye. We’re flying to Auckland and then home. Or would you like to fly on with us?
You can continue your journey and fly directly from Queenstown to Australia to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the world’s best fireworks, swim on the Great Barrier Reef, and cuddle with kangaroos.
